Main application:

PGJ-1000 auto polishing machine is an assist machine for Chinese traditional medicine pills-making, applying to burnish and polish kinds of pills, which is an ideal product in the Chinese traditional medicine pill-making lines. According to the requirements of the pharmaceutical factories promote the surface quality of the pills, we designed and developed the PGJ-1000 auto polishing machine.

Structure features:

The polishing machine adopted worm wheel decelerating transiting, the boiler angle can be adjusted. The main electro-elements of the system adopted Siemens PLC, Taiwan touch screen, photoelectricity testing instrument of well-known factories and advanced configure. This machine possessed cleaning, heating, slurry-spraying, powdering, getting rid of dust and moisture functions. The consumers could order according to their requirements. The part of the contacting the medicine is made of stainless steel, according to GMP standard.

Work principles:

The pills screw and rub each other along with the boiler screwing and the material-reversing instrument action, which make the pill surface molding, round and lubricious. The boiler screws to the next boiler leaded by the feed-out slot, then repeat the above process, which make the pills reaching the requirement finally. The process is continuous.
